The Armenian Ministry of Defense informs that in the frames of the 27 October, 2010 Astrakhan agreement reached during the meeting of the presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia, on the 4th of November, 2010 at 12:00 on the north-eastern border of the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line, on the Ijevan-Ghazakh road, the citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who had illegally crossed the ARM border in 2010 and is now in the Republic of Armenia, will be returned to the Azerbaijani side.
Following the norms of the international humanitarian law, the name and surname of the Azerbaijani citizen are not published until he is returned to the Azerbaijani side.

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ ի կատարումն 2010թ. հոկտեմբերի 27-ին Աստրախանում Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահների հանդիպման ժամանակ ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածության, ս.թ. նոյեմբերի 4-ին ժամը 12:00-ին հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գոտու հյուսիս-արևելյան սահմանում` Իջևան-Ղազախ ճանապարհի հատվածում, ադրբեջանական կողմին է հանձնվելու 2010թ. ՀՀ սահմանն ապօրինի հատած և այժմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գտնվող Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացին:
Ելնելով միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերից` մինչև ադրբեջանական կողմին հանձնելը ԱՀ քաղաքացու անուն ազգանունը չի հրապարակվում:
